Welcome to DACCAMD.COM - the online presence of the Dunkirk Area Concerned Citizens Association, a 24 year-old community association raising awareness through information sharing and public meetings. DACCA provides a voice for citizens of the Dunkirk area in the governmental decision-making process. We promote "controlled growth" so that the predominately rural character of northern Calvert County will be preserved. Beyond involvement in planning and Zoning activities, DACCA also takes an active interest in the civic, social, and moral welfare of the Dunkirk area.
